Abstract:		 In September 2008 an archaeological watching brief was conducted during the first phase of ground works for the construction of a dwelling. Two evaluation trenches were placed within the proposed development area but no features of interest were recovered. In September 2011 another watching brief was conducted on remaining ground works for the construction of the dwelling. This involved large scale excavation of the majority of the site for levelling, services and foundations. No archaeology was found within the site.
