Abstract:		 Three geotechnical test pits were archaeologically monitored by PCA at 1 Penrhyn Road. The work was commissioned in order to inform the production of a Desk Based Assessment hence there is no site code/archive. Natural gravel was observed which was overlain by alluvium. The alluvium was sealed by made ground. No archaeological features were observed.
