Abstract:		 MOLA carried out a programme of historic building recording at the Lostock Hall Gas Holder site, Handshaw Drive, Preston. Recording comprised a Level 2 photographic record of two gasholders dating to 1928 and 1952 as well as pipes and remains of structures associated with the former gasworks. The gasholders were found to be in a good condition and recording encompassed the external elevations and upper levels of the holders.
