Abstract:		 Watching brief undertaken with geotechnical site investigations. Comprised five boreholes (BH4-8) and three test pits (TP1-3) on open ground to the front and rear of the property. The borehole data was to build on data gathered by previous geotechnical work to better understand the geology and ground conditions of the site. The test pits investigated the foundations of the properties of Nos. 16 and 17 South Bailey, as well as the foundation of a property boundary wall at No. 17.
