Abstract:		 In November 2006 Archaeological Services and Consultancy Ltd (ASC) carried out a watching brief at All Saints Church, Datchworth, Hertfordshire in response to proposals for the installation of new drainage systems. No archaeological features or finds were observed, but a deposit revealed in Soakaway 1 is likely to represent a modern make up layer.
