Abstract: |
A small cluster of anomalies has potential to be of archaeological interest. However, it must be stressed that these have been identified at the very edge of a small survey area, so it is difficult to place them into any wider context; an agricultural or natural origin cannot be ruled out. Extensive evidence relating to medieval agricultural practices has been identified, including ridge and furrow cultivation, headlands, and former boundaries. Anomalies of an uncertain origin have been identified; though these are likely to be either agricultural or natural in origin. |
