Abstract: |
Two trenches were excavated in advance of a residential development, on a medieval moated site. No medieval features were identified and only a small amount of unstratified or residual medieval pottery was found. Excavated features included gullies, linear features, pits and postholes, of post-medieval and modern date, and part of a 20th-century brick structure. |
