Abstract: |
In August 2011 Archaeological Research Services Ltd were commissioned by RSK Group PLC to undertake an archaeological watching brief at land adjacent to Marsh House Lane in Greatham, Hartlepool. The watching brief was to monitor groundworks in advance of the construction of a new. Above Ground Installation (AGI) and an associated access track for gas supply. The watching brief observed the stripping of topsoil across the site in advance of construction. The watching brief did not encounter any archaeological finds, features or buried land surfaces. |
