Abstract: |
The archaeological evaluation took place on 6-7 March 2014. Five trenches were excavated totalling 7% of the proposed development area. A standing building survey was also carried out on Hattonhill House and the Glen Moray Distillery cottages. Two burials and disarticulated bones were found in Trenches 1 and 5 and it is recommended that an archaeological excavation in the garden is carried out prior to any further work within the current development area. A Cameron 2014. |
