Abstract: |
A detailed gradiometry survey was conducted over approximately 1.5 hectares of agricultural land. A single possible archaeological feature has been identified, in the form of a linear cut feature. Overall, the survey results support the view of the desk-based assessment in relation to the low potential for archaeological activity. Other features identified are likely modern or natural in origin, including ploughing, utilities, scattered magnetic debris in the topsoil and magnetic disturbance from fences and boundaries. |
