Abstract: |
A DBA for an agricultural worker/rural occupation dwelling on land at Upper House Farm, Upton Cressett, Shropshire, on agricultural land to the east of the farm house. The site lies 100m to the northeast of the site of the deserted medieval settlement of Upton Cressett, which includes two Scheduled Ancient Monuments and three Grade I Listed Buildings. The assessment found that the proposed development was not expected to have any direct physical impact on any archaeological feature or heritage asset. The proposed development was likely to have a minor indirect impact on the setting of some of the neighbouring designated heritage assets. |
