The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation trench was excavated within the footprint of the proposed building upon the site. The evaluation showed that early 20th century terracing of the site had severely truncated the archaeological horizon, however the base of a pit and posthole dating to the post-medieval period were recorded within the base of the trench. Both the features were were underlain by the natural gravel deposits of the area.
