Abstract: |
A small ditch was located within this ground aligning north-east, south-west, the ditch was sealed below the subsoil and appeared to be highly truncated; a single sherd of Late Bronze Age/Early Iron Age pottery was recovered from the feature. The ditch is likely to be part of a Bronze Age field system located within the light soils of the wider river valley. |
