Abstract:		 Hand excavation of foundation and service trenches for new build. Site lies within the former precinct of the Augustinian Priory. The excavations on site revaled buried soil horizons which contained a moderate finds assemblage including domestic pottery vessels, imported flemish brick and worked structural stone fragments.
