Abstract:		 A small boathouse situated on the banks of the River Tay on the Pitcastle Estate is to be demolished to make way for a new hydro electric scheme. A basic photographic survey was condusted and recorded the character of the building. The building was of no significant architetural interest but is of local historical interest prompting a planning condition for a basic survey. M Cressey 2015.
