Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief was undertaken on land to the rear of Saxon House, Orton Southgate, Peterborough in March 2016. The archaeological monitoring of works associated with the construction of a car park was carried out by MOLA on behalf of CgMs Consulting. No archaeological remains were encountered, with the area comprising made ground which appeared to have been previously stripped within the recent modern period.
