Abstract: |
Archaeological building recording was undertaken by Northamptonshire Archaeology (now MOLA Northampton) in October 2013 for Coles Architects, on behalf of their clients Riverwood Homes, for the conversion of the former Old Red Lion Public House, Clipston, Northamptonshire. The building has undergone several phases of extensions and alterations. There is documentary evidence of a pub dating to 1701, however, the building does not appear to be older than the 19th century. |
