Abstract:		 Two evaluation trenches were excavated to a depth of c.2m on land at Morson Road, Ponders End, London Borough of Enfield EN3 4NQ. A sequence of Kempton Park gravel sealed by alluvial clay capped with modern made ground was observed. A small undated gully, oriented east/west was recorded in one of the trenches.
