Abstract: |
Allen Archaeology Limited was commissioned by David Trundley Design Services to undertake an archaeological watching brief during the groundworks for the construction of an industrial unit off Hamburg Way, North Lynn. The scheme required the monitoring and recording of the area reduced by construction processes within a c0.19 ha area of land. The shallow groundworks exposed a pale clay silt deposit that was probably the top of a previously identified saltern mound. |
