Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	This report describes the results of the final stage of an archaeological trial trench evaluation carried out by Pre-Construct Archaeology on land adjacent to at the former Three Suns Nursery, Wycke Hill, Maldon, Essex (NGR TL 83937 05499). An original stage of works evaluated the site in June 2015 (Fletcher 2015), however due to on site limitations three trenches were unable to be excavated. Trenches 13-15 were excavated on the 8th May 2017. The archaeological work was commissioned by CgMs Consulting Ltd. The aim of the work was to characterise the archaeological potential of the proposed development area. No archaeological features or deposits were observed in any of the trenches.
