Abstract:		 Archaeological monitoring and recording was undertaken by South West Archaeology Ltd. (SWARCH) at the request of Hugh Beswetherick (the Client) during groundworks associated with the excavation of two drainage inspection test pits at the Camping Site Lanveans, Cleavelands, Bude, Cornwall. The work was carried out by S. Walls on 29th June 2017 in accordance with CIfA guidelines and in consultation with Phil Copleston, Senior Development Officer, Historic Environment, (SDOHE), Cornwall Council and Nick Russell, Inspector of Ancient Monuments, Historic England.
