Abstract: |
AOC Archaeology Group were commissioned by Forestry Commission Scotland to undertake a laser scan survey of selected elements of the WWII defenses at Lossie Forest, Lossiemouth. The recorded elements of the defenses comprised: A rectangular pillbox and associated anti tank blocks on the shore in front of the coastal battery; A hexagonal pillbox and associated anti tank blocks; and a road block by the Innes Canal. The survey was undertaken for conservation management purposes. |
