Abstract: |
This project is for the cataloguing and archiving of lithics from four scatters in the North Cliffs area of Cornwall . The assemblage consists of a large collection of lithics, comprising somewhere in the region of 10,000 artefacts, the majority of which is flint, but importantly the assemblage also includes a significant quantity of bevelled pebbles and other stone tools which are made from Group XIX greywacke, which was also used in the Neolithic period to make axe-heads. |
