Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was undertaken on a proposed housing development site at Campsie Road, Strathblane during January 2014. A total of twenty three trenches, totaling an area of twenty 910 square meters, approximately 7% of the development area, were excavated. No features or artifacts of archaeological significance were discovered other than a relatively modern (c 20th C.) bottle dump and two fragments of clay pipe.
