Abstract:
A detailed gradiometry survey was conducted over approximately 9 hectares of arable farmland at Lower Moor Farm, Malmesbury, Wiltshire. No probable or possible archaeology was identified in the survey area. A number of small amorphous areas of magnetic variation are caused by underlying geology or pedology and the remaining anomalies are all of modern origin and include an underground service, land drains, magnetic disturbance and scattered debris.
