Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was conducted to determine the presence and extent of archaeological deposits or features on the site of the former Riverside House, Stanford Close in Penkridge. The archaeological works comprised of two evaluation trenches located in order to asses the presence of burgage plots adjoining Mill Street which were identified by Desk Based Assessment carried out by Hislop Heritage Services
