Abstract:		 An Historic Environment Desk Based Assessment covering a proposed development at the Boiler House, Pedro Street, Hackney. This report includes a description of the baseline conditions; an examination of readily available documentary, cartographic and known archaeological evidence; and identifies any known and potential cultural heritage receptor(s) within the application site and its surrounding area. It proposes a suitable mitigation strategy for archaeology and heritage, where such works are deemed appropriate.
