Abstract:		 This report results from work undertaken by Archaeology Wales Limited as a Condition of a Planning Application for the construction of new dwellings with associated access and infrastructure. It draws on the results of an archaeological excavation and watching brief on land to the rear of Pellow House, Old Street, Ludlow. The archaeological excavation by Archaeology Wales was undertaken in August 2015. The features identified in this area were indicative of refuse pits and postholes, associated with domestic and light industrial activities dating from the 13th to 15th centuries. The watching brief didn't reveal any archaeological features.
