Abstract: |
A standing building survey was undertaken for St Andrew Building, St Andrew Street, Aberdeen. The building, completed c. 1920, was the Provincial Teacher Training College, designed by the architect John Alexander Ogg Allan. It has recently been used as part of the campus of Robert Gordon's University so few original internal features remained. The basement had been used as an Air Raid shelter in WWII and retained painted red cross signs and muster point numbers. |
