Abstract: |
Between 8th and 10th September 2009, Oxford Archaeology East carried out an archaeological evaluation on land at the rear of Pipers Close, Fowlmere. This revealed no significant archaeological features, although several abraded Roman pottery sherds were recovered. There were large geological features identified on the site, but the upper fills of these contained no anthropogenic material. |
