Abstract:		 A Level 1 standing building survey was carried out on 27 July 2018. Three phases of development were identified with Phase 1 being an early 19th-century cottage, with a small stone steading added in Phase 2 and an unroofed enclosure in Phase 3. All were completed by the date of the First Edition OS map.
