Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	A management survey of the Scheduled Monument was carried out as part of a Higher Level Stewardship Scheme agreement to inform future management. It focussed on stock erosion. The asset was divided into five zones, each of which was archaeologically characterised and for which management recommendations were put forward. Excavation of a defensive bank took place along with test pitting of a terrace that was identified as having been formed from made-up ground; no new dating evidence was forthcoming for either feature.
