Abstract:		 Archaeological monitoring was conducted during the excavation of an electricity cable trench situated in Senate House Court, close to the eastern façade of the Old Schools complex. Here the brick-built footings of the mid-18th century neoclassical loggia were revealed, alongside a series of contemporary made-ground deposits.
