Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	Trent and Peak Archaeology was commissioned by CgMs Consulting, on behalf of their clients, Richborough Estates, to carry out an earthwork survey and an archaeological trial trench evaluation on land to the west of Ladybank Road, Derby, Derbyshire. The earthwork survey recorded extant ridge and furrow in the northern part of the site. No archaeological features, other than furrow bases, were encountered during the course of the trial trench evaluation. Possible archaeological features identified by geophysical survey were shown to be ceramic field drains.
