Abstract: |
An historic building survey (level 2) was undertaken by the University of Leicester Archaeological Services (ULAS) at Workspace 17, Highfield Street, Coalville, Leicestershire on the 27th of November 2015. The survey studied a group of small business units owned by Leicestershire County Council. The buildings were once part of the offices and factory belonging to Clutsom and Kemp a local elastic and webbing manufacturers. The earliest parts of the building were built at the beginning of the 20th century with later additions around 1915 and during the 1930s. The report and archive will be deposited under X.A135.2015 |
