Abstract:		 York Archaeological Trust undertook a watching brief on works involving the replacement of lighting and electric cabling. The first phase of works was on the grass at the top of Clifford's Tower in November 2016 and a second phase of work on land between Station Road and Station Avenue, York in January and February 2017.
