Abstract:		 MOLA (Museum of London Archaeology) was commissioned by Signature Homes to conduct a trial trench evaluation on land at 165A Castle Hill Road, Totternhoe. Three 20m long trenches of the intended four trenches were excavated in the proposed development area. Trench two was unexcavated due to a live electric cable in the position of the trench. Two undated features were identified in trench one and a medieval ditch in trench four.
