Abstract: |
In October 1995 RCHME undertook an archaeological investigation and analytical field survey of later prehistoric linear ditches, round and square barrows, and enclosures on the edge of Wykeham Forest, Hutton Buscel, North Yorkshire. The principal linear earthworks are the north and south 'Moor Dykes' and the 'Craddlegrip Dyke'. The prehistoric earthworks are cut by numerous later tracks and hollow ways. |
