Abstract:		 Archaeological field evaluation, via trial trenching, was undertaken by Headland Archaeology (UK) Ltd on Land at Bretch Hill, Banbury, Oxford-shire, in advance of construction of a site compound and new badger sett associated with residential development of the land. Five trenches were excavated with a single undated post-hole, a post-medieval ditch and remnants of former ridge and furrow agriculture identified.
