Abstract:		 MOLA (Museum of London Archaeology) carried out archaeological excavation between April 2017 and June 2017 on behalf of Concept Project Management who are representing a consortium of Taylor Wimpy, Bellway Homes and Bovis Homes Ltd. Part of a late Iron Age / early Roman rural settlement was identified as well as a cremation cemetery of a similar date located 200m to the north-east with associated north-south ditches which marked its western boundary.
