Abstract:
The surviving archaeology of Larkbarrow was brought together using a range of evidence, combining ground survey, aerial photography and documentary sources. The detailed survey of Larkbarrow highlighted new sites. A new prehistoric site above Hoscombe was discovered, as were a wealth of Second World War remains. Some previously recorded features were interpreted or classified for the first time including two small Bronze Age cairns. [Au(adp)]
