Abstract:		 This report details the key findings from the North Devon Mapping Project carried out by staff from Cornwall County Council between January and October 2005. The project covered a number of transects rather than a consecutive area. The report describes the methodology and products of the air photo interpretation and mapping. There are period and thematic summaries that highlight key results of the survey and an analysis of the survey results in relation to Historic Landscape Characterisation.
