Abstract:		 An archaeological Watching Brief was undertaken by Pre-Construct Archaeology Limited on land at Pandora House, 1 Warren Road, Kingston Upon Thames, London, KT2 7HN between 2nd to 5th June 2017. The area monitored observed the excavation of foundation and underpinning trenches associated with the construction of a new residential property on the study site. Natural drift geology comprising gravel was encountered during the Watching Brief at between 45.17m OD and 45.12m OD. The Watching Brief revealed a sequence of gravels, clays and sands, overlain by subsoil and topsoil. No features or finds of archaeological significance were observed during the watching brief exercise.
