Abstract:		 Pre-Construct Archaeology Ltd was commissioned by Spencer Architecture on behalf of John Rayfield to undertake historic building recording at 135 Countess Road, Amesbury, Wiltshire (NGR 415216 143103). Building recording was carried out in response to a development proposal to demolish existing dwellings at 135 and 135A Countess Road and construct a new dwelling and detached garage.
