Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	The work in this extraction phase revealed, in two parts, a sparse collection of pits and a continuation eastwards of a ditch previously recorded. A small collection of flints and pottery was recovered from the ditch, which on the whole reinforced the Middle Iron Age date and the flint is most likely residual. Flints were also recovered from a pit.
