Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief and evaluation was undertaken by Cotswold Archaeology during groundworks associated with a gas pipeline diversion at Willington Down, Oxfordshire. No features or deposits of archaeological interest were observed during the evaluation and groundworks, and no artefactual material pre-dating the modern period was recovered.
