Abstract: |
Test pits and groundworks for the London 2012 Olympic Games Mountain Bike Venue have revealed part of a hollow-way, a possible pond or brick pit, a brick path, a lynchet, ditches, foundation pads and areas of infilling or dumping up to 2m+ deep . All of the remains are less than 150 years old and related to previous use of the area for farming, brickmaking and a military camp. |
