Abstract:		 Eleven trenches were excavated within the proposed development area. Three trenches contained no archaeological remains, the other eight contained a low volume of features producing a very small finds assemblage. The form of the features and nature of the few recovered artefacts indicates occupation likely to date from either the Bronze Age or Iron Age.
