Abstract: |
Norfolk Vanguard is a proposed offshore wind farm located in the southern North Sea, with a total installed capacity of up to 1800 megawatts. The project comprises two distinct areas, NV East and NV West which are approximately 70km and 47km from the coast of Norfolk, respectively (at the nearest points). The offshore cables will be brought ashore at Happisburgh South. A desk based assessment, assessment of marine geophysical data and geoarchaeological assessment of vibrocores were undertaken by Wessex Archaeology as part of the process of Environment Impact Assessment led by Royal HaskoningDHV. |
