Abstract: |
During January 2020, a programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was undertaken by Humber Field Archaeology in advance of the construction of a new dwelling and associated garage and services at Plot 1, College Road, East Halton, North Lincolnshire. Monitoring of the site strip and the excavation of the foundation trenches for the new house plot and associated garage did not reveal any archaeological deposits, only naturally occurring clays underlying the current topsoil. No artefacts were recovered during this programme of work. |
